Who we are
OSBSA Bilişim is a web design and development studio based in Istanbul. Most of our clients are industrial, manufacturing and service companies. We handle the whole job ourselves: design, coding, content structure, search engine optimization and follow-up after launch.
How we work
Every project starts with the scope in writing. The quote says what's included and, just as clearly, what isn't, so no surprise item turns up halfway through. We don't start building until the design is signed off, and once building starts the design is frozen.
We want your own team to be able to manage the site we hand over. The Business package and above come with an admin panel in Turkish, and we run a short training session at handover.
What we don't do
- We don't swap the content on a template theme and hand it over as a new site.
- We don't promise rankings we can't measure.
- We don't name any client as a reference without their permission to publish.
- We don't hold your site hostage. The domain is registered in your name, you have panel access, and you can export your content whenever you like.
How we run a project
Seven steps, and something concrete in your hands at the end of each one.
Step 1: Discovery call
We talk about what you sell, who you sell it to and what you expect from the site. If you already have one, we go through it together on screen.
Needs brief
Step 2: Quote and contract
Scope, delivery time, revision rounds and price go down in writing. Work that falls outside the scope is listed in the same document, in plain terms.

Step 3: Content and page structure
We draw up the page map and take stock of the text and images. If content is missing, this is where we settle who writes it.

Step 4: Design
Home page first, then the inner page templates once it's approved. Revisions happen at this stage; once building starts, the design is frozen.

Step 5: Build
Coding, admin panel setup, forms and integrations. You follow progress live on a preview address.

Step 6: Testing and launch
Speed, mobile layout, accessibility, the form flow and redirects from old addresses are checked one by one. Then we switch over.
Launch report
Step 7: Handover and follow-up
Panel training, Search Console and analytics setup. In the first period after launch we keep an eye on rankings and errors ourselves.
