Beşiktaş Web Design and Software Companies: Two Different Sites, From Levent to the Market

A head office in Levent and a shop in Beşiktaş market need their websites to do opposite jobs. Here is what belongs on each, from Nispetiye to Ortaköy.

In short: Beşiktaş holds two trades at once: the corporate office belt around Levent, and the face-to-face businesses of the market, Ortaköy and Bebek. Build both sites the same way and neither one pays off.

Business life in Beşiktaş and why a website matters

The district's present economy took shape when Levent and Etiler were laid out in the 1950s and Barbaros Bulvarı was opened. After 1980 towers and business centres went up around Levent, and that belt still carries the district's office side. Etiler spreads east of Levent along both sides of Nispetiye Caddesi, where Akmerkez opened at the end of 1993. In Levazım stands Zorlu Center, open since 10 October 2013.

The other end of the district is nothing like it: Beşiktaş market and the fish market in Sinanpaşa, the restaurants and cafés of Ortaköy and Bebek, the retail strung along the shore. Here the customer is not a corporate buyer but a person who turns up. Boğaziçi University, on the slopes above Rumelihisarı, is inside the district too, and a belt of student-facing businesses has grown around it.

Between those two ends sits a decision that governs the whole project: are you selling to an organisation, or to the person who walks through your door. In the first case the site is a reference document; in the second it is a tool for directions and bookings. Spending the same budget the same way on both does not work.

What Beşiktaş businesses need from custom web software

Head offices and consultancies in Levent

Here the site's job is not to close a sale but to convince the other side before a meeting. Case studies, a team page and regular writing do more work than a product catalogue. The second issue is language: if you work with foreign partners or investors, leaving the English to a translation plugin raises a question about competence rather than about wording. We write the English separately — shorter if necessary, but correct. Where procurement asks, data protection and information security get a page of their own.

Architecture and interior studios along Nispetiye

Visitors come to these sites for the portfolio, yet much of the portfolio cannot be published. We build project pages in two layers: permitted work under its own name, the rest by scope and year. Images are heavy here, so image optimisation is a requirement rather than a nicety. Without fields for floor area, intended use and expected handover, half the enquiries cannot be assessed at all.

Restaurants and cafés in Ortaköy, Bebek and the market

Decisions here are made the same day and usually on the move. The page has three jobs: show the menu as a page rather than a PDF, take a booking in two taps, and state parking and transport clearly. Along the shore the parking question arrives before the booking question; leave it out and the phone fills with it. The share of foreign guests is high, so a second language on the menu is not decoration.

Service businesses around the market and Etiler

For salons, clinics and training providers the site's job is small but specific: appointments, opening hours, a service list and a price range. Ten corporate pages are not needed; spending part of the budget on the photographs and reviews in your map listing brings more work. We say so plainly, because selling the opposite is easy.

None of the four can treat the phone screen as secondary: the buyer in Levent reads in a lift, the guest in Ortaköy on the waterfront.

Why OSBSA Bilişim

Fast infrastructure

The pages are written in Next.js and rendered on the server; images are produced individually at the sizes they are used. On our own site PageSpeed Insights gives 86 on mobile and 97 on desktop, with 100 for accessibility, best practices and SEO. Those values were measured. On a studio site carrying heavy project images, speed decides whether the design is seen at all.

Custom code, not a template

Bilingual content, a two-layer portfolio and a booking flow break at every update when they are assembled from theme plugins. We write each project as its own software, and you manage the menu, the projects and the hours from a panel. Whether the source code changes hands, and where the hosting lives, are each a clause of their own in the contract.

SEO and GSEO ready

One H1 per page and a sound heading hierarchy. Location, opening hours and services are marked up as structured data, and hreflang is set up correctly on a bilingual site. Every section opens with one quotable paragraph for AI-driven search, and the site carries an llms.txt file.

Reliability and support

The quote carries the scope item by item, and work only begins after the contract. Backups are in place from handover, and booking and form records are held as Turkish data protection law requires. Support runs weekdays 11:00–22:00; one number for both phone and WhatsApp: 0532 468 76 13.

Frequently asked questions

Our head office is in Levent and our branches are elsewhere. How should the address work?

The head office address in one place, each branch on its own page. Every branch name, address and phone number must be written identically on the site, in the map listing and in directories; three different spellings in three places give a worse result than one. We also keep branch pages from being copies of each other, or they compete among themselves.

Should our restaurant have an app or a website?

For most businesses the site is enough. An app pays off only when you have a regular customer base collecting points; otherwise you are paying to maintain something nobody downloads. Bookings and menus work cleanly from a website.

What does a site cost?

The scope decides: page count, how many languages, whether booking or portfolio management is included, who prepares the content and photography. We don't quote over the phone. We establish the requirement and send a written quote stating every inclusion.

Once it is clear which side you are on — selling to an organisation, or to the person at your door — the scope settles in about half an hour. At small scale we will also tell you a site isn't needed.

Fill in the quote form, or write through contact. One number, 0532 468 76 13, handles calls and WhatsApp. In the meeting we open comparable office and hospitality sites on screen, and delivered work is listed under our work.

Page structure is covered under web design, booking and panel work under web development, and search visibility under SEO.
