Beykoz Web Design and Software Companies: Kavacık's Offices, Polonezköy's Calendar
A plaza office in Kavacık and a guesthouse in Polonezköy need their websites to do different work. Here is what belongs on each one.
By: OSBSA Bilişim

In short: The south of Beykoz is offices and the north is countryside. For a Kavacık firm we build a corporate reference site; for a Polonezköy business, an availability calendar and clear directions.
Business life in Beykoz and why a website matters
The district's business centre sits in Kavacık. Multi-storey office blocks line it — Pekiz Plaza, for instance, has eleven office floors above four levels of covered parking, and the Sever Plaza project adds around three thousand square metres of lettable space to the same cluster. Beykoz University's rectorate and its undergraduate and preparatory campuses are in Kavacık too, so office and student traffic overlap at this end of the district.
The industrial past sits elsewhere. The Paşabahçe glass works, which began production in 1935 as Turkey's first glass factory, closed on 6 August 2002. The Beykoz leather and shoe factory stopped production in 1999 and has been used as a film set since 2005. Manufacturing has given way to services, production and events.
Go north and the picture changes entirely. Polonezköy was founded in the middle of the nineteenth century, and from the 1980s onwards it turned to guesthouses, restaurants and tea gardens. Demand here follows the weekend and the weather, and visitors drive out from the city. Three different Beykoz means three different websites.

What Beykoz businesses need from custom web software
Plaza offices in Kavacık
Most firms here sell to corporate buyers: import and distribution, IT, consulting, managed services. The site's job is to be the document read before the meeting. A team page, an explanation of what you actually do, an integration list and the compliance files procurement asks for all sit together. One detail on the address: the plaza name is not an address. Without block, floor, suite and which car park entrance to use, visitors find the building and not the office. Proximity to the Bosphorus bridge link is worth stating too, because clients coming from the European side are doing that arithmetic.
Guesthouses, country restaurants and event venues in Polonezköy
Business here concentrates at the weekend, and booking requests usually arrive on Thursday evening. In our builds the availability calendar is managed from the panel, and a closed date drops off the site at once. If you sell weddings and corporate events, the calendar becomes two-layered: day bookings and one-off events are handled separately, or two jobs land on the same date. Directions matter as much as the menu, because visitors drive and are often arriving for the first time — parking capacity belongs on the page too.
Production companies and venue hire
Since the old factory began being used as a film set, a service belt has grown around that work in the district: venue hire, lighting and sound, transport, catering. What a visitor wants here is not a brochure but a file: the dimensions of the space, ceiling height, available electrical load, whether a lorry can reach the door, and how permissions are handled. Without fields for shoot date, crew size and duration, an enquiry cannot be assessed at all.
Building, restoration and landscape firms
The groves and villas of the district make this a line of work in its own right. The decision usually rests with a single owner whose questions come in order: are permissions required, how many months does it take, can I see something you have delivered. We show completed projects by image and year, without the street address.
All four need the page to work on a phone; coverage in the north of the district is uneven, and visitors read on the road.
Why OSBSA Bilişim
Fast infrastructure
We build with Next.js; the page is assembled on the server and every image is produced at the size the layout asks for. PageSpeed Insights measures our own site at 86 on mobile and 97 on desktop, with 100 for accessibility, best practices and SEO. Those figures were measured. For a country business whose guests read while driving out, a heavy page is a lost booking.
Custom code, not a template
A two-layer availability calendar, event bookings and a venue file break at the first update when they are stacked onto a theme as plugins. We write each project as its own software and hand over its panel, so you keep the calendar, the menu and the venue detail current. Source code handover and the hosting arrangement each get their own clause in the contract.
SEO and GSEO ready
A single H1 to each page, and heading levels that stay in sequence. Location, opening hours and services are marked up as structured data, and hreflang is configured properly where you host foreign guests. Each section begins with a single paragraph AI-driven search can quote directly, and the site ships an llms.txt file.
Reliability and support
The written quote carries the scope item by item, and work starts after the contract. Backups are running at handover, and booking and form records are kept as Turkish data protection law requires. Support runs weekdays 11:00–22:00; one number for both phone and WhatsApp: 0532 468 76 13.
Frequently asked questions
We fill up at weekends and sit empty midweek. Can a site change that?
Not on its own, but it lets you build a separate midweek offer: corporate meetings, small groups, a daytime menu. We set the calendar up so weekdays and weekends can be priced separately, and the same page then produces two different kinds of enquiry.
Do weddings and corporate events need separate pages?
They do, because the two visitors are asking different things. For a wedding, capacity, menu and images of the space come first; for a corporate event it is seating layout, technical facilities and how invoicing works. We keep one shared calendar and split the pages.
What does a site cost?
The scope decides: page count, whether a calendar and bookings are included, how many languages, who prepares content and photography. We don't quote over the phone. We work out what is needed, then send a written quote in which each item appears on its own line.
Let's talk about your site in Beykoz
Once we know which end of the district you are in and whether your customers come midweek or at the weekend, the scope becomes clear. For Kavacık we meet at the office; for the north of the district, on site.
Use the quote form or write through contact; 0532 468 76 13 takes calls and WhatsApp messages alike. In the meeting we open accommodation and event venue sites on screen, and delivered projects are listed under our work.
