Eyüpsultan Web Design and Software Companies: Two Markets Between the Golden Horn and Göktürk
Shops around the Eyüp Sultan Mosque and service businesses in Göktürk share a district but not a customer. Here is what we build for each of them.

In short: Eyüpsultan spreads over 228 square kilometres and contains two separate markets: the visitor and manufacturing fabric along the Golden Horn, and the residential belt around Kemerburgaz and Göktürk. The site is planned differently for each.
Business life in Eyüpsultan and why a website matters
Eyüpsultan was formed in 1936 out of parts taken from Fatih, Beyoğlu and Sarıyer, and at 228 square kilometres it is one of Istanbul's larger districts. It has 29 neighbourhoods, and they have remarkably little in common with each other.
The south is the Golden Horn. The Eyüp Sultan Mosque and its tomb draw visitors all year; Pierre Loti Hill, the Mihrişah Sultan complex and the Feshane building on the shore sit along the same line. Trade here depends heavily on visitor traffic, and it rises and falls through the year. Next to it are Rami and Topçular: the Rami Barracks, built in 1829, has been restored and is now used as a library, while the dry-goods wholesale market moved out to the traders' complex in Başakşehir. The 1995 metropolitan master plan designated the Rami-Topçular industrial area for conversion to services; that shift is still under way, and printing, packaging and hardware warehousing remain dense there. Alibeyköy leans towards haulage and storage, and the old Silahtarağa power station on the shore now serves as a campus and museum.
The north feels like a different district altogether: Kemerburgaz, Göktürk, Odayeri and Ağaçlı. Göktürk and its surroundings are known for garden compounds and detached housing, so businesses there sell to households rather than companies. Which end of the district you sit in decides how your site should be built.

What Eyüpsultan businesses need from custom web software
Shops near the mosque, living on visitor traffic
For the confectioners, breakfast places and gift shops around the Eyüp Sultan Mosque, the year is not flat. Religious holidays and weekends are peaks; midweek is quiet.
These businesses want two things from a site. First, guidance for the visitor who is already here: opening hours, which street you are on, a menu or product list, and directions that open with one tap. Mobile layout is settled, since the page is opened while walking across the square. Second, shipping: the visitor wants the same product again after going home. Keeping a separate list of items that survive a courier, with delivery times by region, turns that into a sale instead of a message you cannot fulfil.
Topçular and Rami: printers, packaging and hardware stores
This area is mid-transformation, but print and packaging work is still there. The customer is usually a company and the questions are technical: which formats do you run, which papers and weights do you hold, how fast is a proof, which dies do you already have.
So these firms get a plain but technical section: machine list, size and weight table, die inventory, lead times. Next to the file upload we put accepted formats, bleed and a colour-profile warning — those three lines remove most of the arguments that otherwise happen after printing rather than before.
Alibeyköy: haulage, storage and distribution
Dispatch and warehousing dominate on the Alibeyköy side. Callers here ask about time and capacity first and price second.
The site should state your routes, which provinces you reach on which days, the loading cut-off, covered area and number of bays. The enquiry form needs volume, weight, origin and destination as fields; a free-text box turns every request into a separate exchange. For household removals you add floor level, lift availability and an inventory field.
Göktürk and Kemerburgaz: businesses selling to households
In the northern residential belt the picture changes: architecture and interior practices, landscapers, clinics, salons and course centres. Their customers come from the surrounding streets and decide on a phone.
On the architecture and renovation side the weight is on the portfolio, but every project needs its square metres, duration and scope written next to it; photographs alone do not produce an enquiry. For salons a large site is unnecessary: a service list, opening hours, real photographs and one-tap booking will do. One more detail matters in this part of the district — people search "Göktürk" or "Kemerburgaz", not "Eyüpsultan", so the service-area text has to be built from neighbourhood names.
Why OSBSA Bilişim
Fast infrastructure
Sites are written in Next.js, largely compiled on the server and delivered as ready HTML, with images produced at the size the screen asks for. On portfolio- and product-photography-heavy sites image weight is the main cause of slowness, so photographs are optimised individually. On our own site the measured PageSpeed Insights scores are 86 mobile and 97 desktop, with 100 for accessibility, best practices and SEO.
Custom code, not a template
No bought theme; each project gets its own code. A shippable-products list, a die inventory or an appointment flow is written around how your business is organised and connected to a panel. Source code and hosting terms are set out in the contract.
SEO and GSEO ready
One H1 per page, headings in order, and structured data such as LocalBusiness, Service and FAQPage in the markup. Where a second language exists, hreflang is configured and an llms.txt file is published. In Eyüpsultan the decisive setting is neighbourhood naming: Göktürk, Kemerburgaz, Alibeyköy and Topçular have to appear in the text as themselves. For AI-assisted search each section opens with a short summary that reads independently.
Reliability and support
The quote arrives in writing with scope, timeline, deliverables and price in one document. There is a signed contract, a backup routine, and forms are delivered with a privacy notice and a separate consent checkbox. Support is weekdays 11:00-22:00; calls and WhatsApp use the same number: 0532 468 76 13.
Frequently asked questions
My shop is near the mosque. Should I ship orders?
If the product travels, yes. Not everything — separate the items that survive a courier and publish those as a short list. Delivery times by region and the returns policy have to be stated; without those two lines you get complaints instead of repeat orders.
For a business in Göktürk, site first or business listing first?
If you work at neighbourhood scale, the listing comes first: correct category, real photographs, accurate hours. The site is the next step and a single page is often enough. We say so rather than selling scope you do not need.
How is the budget worked out?
Scope decides: page count, how many products or portfolio entries, how complex the booking or quoting flow is, how much is managed from the panel. After one conversation we send a written quote stating the figure and the timeline.
Let's talk about your site in Eyüpsultan
Let us settle who you sell to — visitors, companies, or the surrounding streets. The structure follows from that answer. Use the quote form or write from the contact page; calls and WhatsApp go to 0532 468 76 13.
In the meeting we open examples from your sector on screen and show why each section is there. Delivered work is on the portfolio page. The design side is described under web design and the search side under SEO.
