Fatih Web Design and Software Companies: Arcade Addresses, Foreign Buyers, Moving Prices
An exporter in Laleli, a jeweller in the Grand Bazaar and a hotel in Sultanahmet share three problems: the address, the language and the price. Here is how each is solved.

In short: Fatih packs 57 neighbourhoods into 15.62 square kilometres, and much of its trade faces foreign buyers. A site here has three problems to solve: the arcade address, the second language and a price that moves.
Business life in Fatih and why a website matters
Fatih is a small district by area — 15.62 square kilometres — yet it holds 57 neighbourhoods and, as of 2025, 351,786 residents. The population has fallen from around half a million in the 1970s, because there is no room left to build and those who could afford to move did. Trade, though, did not shrink.
The district's economy rests on four functions: commerce, tourism, public administration and education. The main commercial areas are the Grand Bazaar, Laleli, Tahtakale, Mahmutpaşa, Eminönü and Sirkeci. The Grand Bazaar is the centre of Turkey's gold trade; Mahmutpaşa next to it sells clothing, footwear and textiles at the budget end. Laleli is a wholesale clothing centre, and much of its trade goes to buyers travelling in from the Commonwealth of Independent States and the Middle East.
Tourism sits inside the same boundary: Sultanahmet and its surroundings form the busiest visitor route in Istanbul. So a fabric wholesaler, a goldsmith working to the gram and a ten-room boutique hotel operate side by side. Their online problems turn out to be similar; the solutions are not.

What Fatih businesses need from custom web software
Wholesale clothing and export firms in Laleli
The buyer coming here looks online before boarding a plane and decides which building to visit from that. So the first job of the site is to say what you sell in two words: womenswear, childrenswear, denim. A site that does not state the product group up front wastes everyone's trip.
The second is language. Machine translation is not sufficient at this end of the trade: when size charts, fibre composition or payment terms come out wrong, the argument arrives with the returned goods. Having those headings translated by a person and leaving the rest automatic is enough for most firms. The third is the unit of sale — buyers here take an assortment, not a single piece, so the size break, pieces per assortment and the assortment price belong on the page. A WhatsApp number written without the international prefix will not open when tapped from a foreign handset.
Jewellers and antique dealers around the Grand Bazaar
In the gold trade the price changes daily, so a fixed figure on a page is worse than none. What we build instead: weight, carat, workmanship detail and any certificate number on the page, with a "ask for today's price" action that automatically attaches the item code to the message.
For antiques and second-hand goods each item is unique and never repeats. In that kind of catalogue a sold item's page should not be deleted — mark it sold and leave it, because search traffic keeps arriving at that address. Managing one-off inventory is awkward with off-the-shelf plugins, so we write that panel ourselves.
Hotels and boutique stays in Sultanahmet
Here the issue is commission. Booking portals fill rooms, but the guest keeps arriving through the same channel. Taking direct bookings on your own site gives you a second one.
What works is a calendar and plain terms: availability by room type, the nightly rate, whether breakfast is included, the cancellation policy, and how to get in from the airport. The historic peninsula adds one detail — the streets are narrow and vehicles cannot always reach the door. Telling a guest how close a car can get and that the last hundred metres are on foot protects your review score more than any photograph does.
Wholesalers in Tahtakale and Eminönü
Around Tahtakale, hardware, packaging, food, stationery and houseware are sold wholesale. The buyer is a shopkeeper and the questions are blunt: minimum order, units per carton, is it in stock, does it ship today.
Put those four into the product table and a large part of the phone traffic stops. If you would rather not publish prices openly, retail stays visible and the wholesale list appears after sign-in. Then the address: arcade name, floor and unit number on separate lines, with the map pin on the door rather than the street.
Why OSBSA Bilişim
Fast infrastructure
Projects are written in Next.js; most pages are compiled on the server and arrive as ready HTML, with images produced at the size the screen asks for. This matters more than usual here, because latency is worse from abroad: a buyer opening a Laleli collection from Baku has less patience than one opening it from Istanbul. On our own site the measured PageSpeed Insights scores are 86 mobile and 97 desktop, with 100 for accessibility, best practices and SEO.
Custom code, not a template
We do not stack plugins on a bought theme. Assortment pricing, one-off inventory, an "ask for price" flow or a room calendar is written around how your business runs and managed from a panel. What happens to the source code and where it is hosted is written into the contract.
SEO and GSEO ready
One H1 per page and headings in order, with structured data such as LocalBusiness, Service, Offer and FAQPage in the markup. Multilingual sites get hreflang and an llms.txt file. In Fatih the neighbourhood and arcade name must also be written identically everywhere your address appears: "Laleli" and "Sultanahmet" are separate searches and the district name does not stand in for either. For AI-assisted search each topic opens with a short quotable summary.
Reliability and support
The quote is written, with scope, timeline, deliverables and price in one document. A signed contract, a working backup routine and forms carrying a privacy notice with its own consent checkbox come with it. We are reachable weekdays from 11:00 to 22:00, and 0532 468 76 13 takes both calls and WhatsApp.
Frequently asked questions
How many languages should we publish?
We do not guess. If you have a site already, we look at the languages your visitors actually use; if it is new, we ask which countries your buyers come from. Turkish, English and one more is usually enough — beyond three, pages stop being updated.
Can we leave prices off the site?
You can, and for gold or fabric that is the right call. We replace the figure with an enquiry flow that carries the item code. Where you do sell standard items at a fixed price, leaving those visible helps a buyer size up a budget before contacting you.
How is the cost set?
By scope: number of products, number of languages, how complex the booking or quoting flow is, how much is managed from the panel. After one conversation we send a written quote with the scope itemised.
