Maltepe Web Design and Software Companies: Sites Built for Enrolment Season

Maltepe has more private schools than state ones. A site here fills in forms in February and explains open days in November. Here is how both fit on one page.

In short: Maltepe, on Istanbul's Anatolian side, holds 103 private schools, 57 private training institutions and more than 69,000 students. School and course websites are the most requested work here, with the Cevizli health corridor close behind.

Business life in Maltepe and why a website matters

You can describe Maltepe without mentioning a single factory, because the district has no heavy industry. What it has is education. District education records list 93 state schools and institutions alongside 103 private schools — private outnumbers state here. Add 57 private training institutions: exam preparation centres, study centres, driving schools. Total enrolment runs past 69,000 students.

The centre of gravity is the Marmara Education Village in Başıbüyük, where a university campus and its affiliated schools share one site. The dormitories, stationers and shuttle operators around it breathe on the same academic calendar. A second cluster sits between Cevizli and Altayçeşme: three large hospitals on one axis, with outpatient clinics, imaging centres and physiotherapy practices gathered around them.

A third cluster is quieter. Office blocks line the D-100 motorway from Küçükyalı through to İdealtepe, filled with import-export firms, food traders and consultancies — desk work rather than production. The district's only concentration of workshops is the Maltepe Small Industry Estate, where car repair, turning and refitting trades operate.

What Maltepe businesses need from custom web software

Private schools and course centres

A school site does three different jobs across one year. In autumn it is about open days and campus visits. From February to April its only job is to get an enrolment form filled in. During term it serves parents instead. Compressing that into one fixed page does not work, so we build the home page from sections the school can switch on and off from its own admin panel.

Traffic multiplies during enrolment week and the applications arrive in the same few hours. If the server side is not prepared for that wave, a year's intake is lost to a page that will not load. The parent side is a separate piece of software: announcements, attendance, homework and payment tracking behind a login.

One more thing about mobile. Parents fill these forms in at the school gate, on a phone, often standing up. A form that fits one screen is not a nicety here, it is the difference between a submitted application and an abandoned one.

Clinics and dental practices

Along the Cevizli axis, a clinic site is not there to collect patients. It is there to be findable and clear: physician background, specialisms, equipment, the insurers and institutions it works with, and a booking form that actually sends. In Turkey the health advertising rules come before design — before-and-after photographs, patient testimonials and price lists cannot be published. We say that at the first meeting rather than after the page is built.

Suppliers selling to schools

Shuttle transport, catering, cleaning, stationery and publishing firms. The person reading the site is a head teacher or a board representative, not a parent. They look for vehicle and staff capacity, food production permits, hygiene certificates and a sample contract. Stating how many schools you already serve is the single most persuasive line available in this trade.

Trading and consultancy offices along the Küçükyalı corridor

No walk-in customers, so the site is the only shop window. Team, practice areas, a real account of past work and a quote form will do. One detail genuinely earns its place: the building name, block and floor must be written out in full, because visitors to those D-100 blocks cannot find the entrance unless you say which service road to turn onto.

Why OSBSA Bilişim

Fast infrastructure

We build with Next.js and most pages are compiled on the server ahead of time, with images served at the size the device asks for. Our own site measures 86 on mobile and 97 on desktop in PageSpeed Insights, with accessibility, best practices and SEO all at 100. The practical result is that a hundred applications arriving in the same minute does not take the page down.

Custom code, not a template

A parent portal, a booking flow or a shuttle route screen is not assembled from plugins; each is written for that institution. The admin panel you edit content in comes with the project. Terms covering source code and hosting are set out in the contract, not left to be discussed later.

SEO and GSEO ready

One H1 per page and a sensible heading hierarchy. Organization, LocalBusiness, FAQPage and Article schemas go in as structured data, and multilingual sites get proper hreflang. For AI-driven search we put a short, quotable summary at the top of each page — the box opening this article is exactly that.

Reliability and support

Scope and price come as a written quote, and work starts with a contract. Backups and data protection are in the delivery list, not extras. Support runs weekdays 11:00-22:00 on one number that takes both calls and WhatsApp: +90 532 468 76 13.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a school website take?

A presentation-focused site takes three to five weeks. A parent portal, payment tracking or enrolment management pushes that out. What slows projects down is rarely the code; it is waiting for content — year groups, capacity, shuttle routes and photographs.

Can we publish photographs of students?

Only with explicit parental consent, given per child and naming where the image will appear. Because consent can be withdrawn, we keep a record in the admin panel of which photograph sits on which page. Schools that would rather avoid the question let us photograph the campus, workshops, laboratories and teachers instead, and the result holds up better than people expect.

What does it cost?

Scope sets the price: page count, whether there is a panel, how many languages, whether booking or payment is connected. That is why we do not quote a figure on the phone. We listen to the requirement and write an itemised quote where every line has something behind it.

Let's talk about your site in Maltepe

If you run a school, a clinic or an office in Maltepe, the quickest route is the quote form — tell us which season you need the site to work hardest in. You can also reach us on +90 532 468 76 13 or through the contact page.

In that first conversation we open examples from your own trade on screen, because showing why a section is there, or deliberately missing, is faster than describing it. Past work is on the work page. What design and build cover is set out on the web design and web development pages, and the local visibility side on the SEO page.
