Sarıyer Web Design and Software Companies: From a Maslak Floor to a Kilyos Beach

An office in Maslak and a fish restaurant in Rumelifeneri need different sites. Here is what changes between Sarıyer's districts, including the address trap in Maslak.

In short: Sarıyer has no industrial estates; it runs on services, education and tourism. Maslak, Ayazağa and Huzur moved from Şişli to Sarıyer in 2013, and many firms there still publish the wrong district.

Business life in Sarıyer and why a website matters

Looking for factories in Sarıyer is a waste of time. The district has no industrial plants; the ones that existed moved out long ago. Commerce here stands on three grounds with little in common.

The first is the office belt in the north. Maslak and Ayazağa hold tower floors full of consultancies, finance and technology firms; the Istanbul Technical University campus at Ayazağa, with its ARI technology park inside it, sits on the same axis. Borsa Istanbul, the stock exchange, is in İstinye. So one end of the district is corporate and technical.

The second is the shoreline. Restaurants, cafés and fish houses run along the Bosphorus from Emirgan up to Rumelifeneri; in summer the Kilyos beaches fill, and through the colder months the Belgrade Forest and the Sakıp Sabancı Museum in Emirgan still pull visitors. Trade in these businesses moves with the season and, honestly, with the weather forecast.

The third is education. Boğaziçi University and the Koç University campus at Rumelifeneri bring a large student population, with dormitories, cafés and shuttle operators around them. Across 38 neighbourhoods these grounds are far apart; getting from Maslak to Kilyos is a journey, not a walk.

What Sarıyer businesses need from custom web software

Corporate offices in Maslak and Ayazağa

Here the site does not make the sale; it verifies it. Before a meeting the other party opens the page and checks three things: who works there, what has been delivered, which certifications are held. A team page and real case write-ups do more work than a product catalogue. For firms with foreign-headquartered clients an English version is essential, and machine translation backfires, because the reader is judging technical competence from the prose.

Then there is the address, and this one is specific to Maslak. Ayazağa, Maslak and Huzur were attached to Sarıyer in 2013, yet plenty of companies still show "Şişli" on their site and in their map listing. When the tax record, the website and the Google Business Profile disagree, the listing weakens in map results. The correct form is the official district with the locality next to it: "Maslak, Sarıyer".

Software and R&D companies around the technology park

The site's main job here is recruitment. Open roles should be published with structured data search engines read as job postings, the application form should accept a CV file, and the number of stages should be stated to the candidate in writing. Technical documentation needs version dates, because the developer doing the integration reads it on the site.

Restaurants and cafés on the shore and in Kilyos

Visitors want three things: the menu, whether there is a table tonight, and how to get there. Publishing the menu as a PDF is the mistake we see most often — it opens badly on a phone, it is tedious to update and it never appears in search results. The menu should be written as a page, with prices editable from the panel. The booking form needs date, time and party size, and should show which slots are gone. On the shore, parking and valet information gets read as much as the menu.

Mobile is not a debate here: the customer is usually in a car, already on the way, looking at a phone.

Accommodation along the coast and at Kilyos

Where the season is short, the site's job is filling the calendar: room or cabin types, which dates a rate applies to, cancellation terms, directions. Writing down how weather-related cancellations are handled visibly reduces the phone load in season.

Architecture and interior design studios

These studios are dense in the district and portfolio brings the work. The real problem is loading large photographs quickly without degrading them. A record line for each project — location, square metres, year, scope — brings more enquiries than the photograph does, because a client looking for similar work reads exactly that.

Why OSBSA Bilişim

Fast infrastructure

Pages are built with Next.js, most of them compiled on the server ahead of time, with images delivered at the size the device asks for. Our own site measures 86 on mobile and 97 on desktop in PageSpeed Insights, with accessibility, best practices and SEO at 100. On photograph-heavy architecture and restaurant sites that means speed without shrinking the images.

Custom code, not a template

A booking calendar, menu management or a careers module stacked out of off-the-shelf plugins falls apart in its first season. We deliver each project with its own code and its own admin panel. Terms for source code and hosting are written into the contract.

SEO and GSEO ready

One H1 per page, a tidy heading structure, Organization and LocalBusiness schemas, proper structured data for menus and FAQs, hreflang where there is more than one language. In a place like Sarıyer, where the locality name is searched more than the district name, putting the locality in the page title brings more visits than the district does. For AI-driven search, each page carries one quotable paragraph.

Reliability and support

The quote is written, work begins with a contract, and anything outside the agreed scope appears as its own line. Backups and data protection compliance are in the delivery list. Support runs weekdays 11:00-22:00, one number for calls and WhatsApp: +90 532 468 76 13.

Frequently asked questions

I am in Maslak. Should my address say Şişli or Sarıyer?

Sarıyer. Maslak, Ayazağa and Huzur were transferred to Sarıyer in 2013. Saying "Maslak" in conversation is fine, but the site, the schema and the Google Business Profile should all carry the official district, and all three should match. Writing it as "Maslak, Sarıyer" is useful.

Can we publish the restaurant menu as a PDF?

We can, but we advise against it. PDFs open poorly on phones, are awkward to update and stay invisible in search. We write the menu as a page you can edit from the panel, and put a printable PDF alongside it if you want one.

What does it cost?

Scope decides: whether booking is connected, how many languages, how wide the panel needs to be. That is why we do not quote on the phone. We listen first, then send an itemised written quote.

Let's talk about your site in Sarıyer

If you have an office in Maslak or a business on the shore, fill in the quote form and tell us your season and where your customers come from. For calls and WhatsApp, +90 532 468 76 13; other channels are on the contact page.

We open examples from your own sector on screen, because showing why a section sits where it does on a restaurant site beats describing it. Delivered projects are on the work page. Scope is set out on web design, web development and the SEO page.
